WE GROW

our own fruit trees, including Breadfruit, Otaheite Apple, Mango, Jackfruit, Naseberry among other island favorites. Our in-house nursery produces organic saplings in sufficient quantities to supply our recipients across Jamaica.

HOW WE DO IT

Fruit trees are always in extremely short supply, so we sourced seeds in order to grow our own saplings at our nursery which is owned and operated  by The MAIA Foundation with a view to making these trees available to our communities.

From concept to execution, we developed a proprietary organic nutrient formula to ensure that our fruit trees are free of chemical fertilizer and other influences that could negatively impact our environment and planet. Moreover, enriching the plants with our nutrient formula allows us to grow a more resilient sapling, until it reaches a two feet height, which to ensure its survival once planted out into it's new location.
