MARVIN A. CAMPBELL

Marvin created The MAIA Foundation in 2019. The German with Jamaican roots had his formal education in Germany and the United Kingdom, where he acquired an MBA. He is a strategic planner and marketing consultant with an entrepreneurial spirit and philanthropic heart.
Before travelling the world, Marvin got his start as a young hand on his uncle’s dairy farm in Germany at the age
of six. He quickly developed an exceptional work ethic. By seventeen, he was juggling three jobs while attending university. He taught German to English-speaking children while volunteering his time to rebuild Caribbean communities in London. At the age of 22, he had developed and sold his online career platform, karriereundich.de.
Marvin has worked with leading international brands such as Proctor & Gamble World Wide, Burger King,
Riu Hotels, Grey Worldwide, Mercedes Benz, Bayer and Vodafone.
He has gone before the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries to advise on new agricultural innovations. Marvin's areas of expertise are aquaponic farming, permaculture, hydroponic fodder,
technology-driven and climate smart agriculture. He works to optimize business models that shelter the industry from environmental and economic hardship in order for local farmers to thrive.
He was a founding member of the Rotary Club of Rose Hall charter in Montego Bay were he
stood at Sargent-at-Arms.
He continues to share his international experience and passion for service in Jamaica.
