of London and earned an MBA from the LSE. He is a business strategist with an entrepreneurial spirit and philanthropic heart.

Before travelling the world, Marvin got his start as a young hand on his uncle’s dairy farm in Germany at the age

of six. He quickly developed an exceptional work ethic. By seventeen, he was juggling three jobs while attending university. He taught German to English-speaking children while volunteering his time to rebuild Caribbean communities in London. At the age of 22, he had developed and sold his online career platform, karriereundich.de.

Marvin has worked with leading international brands such as Proctor & Gamble World Wide, Burger King,

technology-driven and climate smart agriculture. He works to optimize business models that shelter the industry from environmental and economic hardship in order for local farmers to thrive.

He was a founding member of the Rotary Club of Rose Hall charter in Montego Bay were he

stood at Sargent-at-Arms.

He continues to share his international experience and passion for service at home in Jamaica.
